What is the difference between Individual and Team plans?

Individual is a standalone desktop app for solo developers - one device, all features built-in. Team plans include a centralized admin server for managing multiple devices, seat management, and organization-wide policies.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a unique device that has the Bleep desktop app installed and activated. You can deactivate and reassign seats as needed.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start your trial by entering your payment details. You won't be charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial period and you won't be charged.

Can I upgrade from Individual to Team?

Yes! If your needs grow, you can upgrade to a Team plan anytime. Contact support and we'll help migrate your data and prorate your billing.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20%. For teams larger than 150 seats, contact us for custom enterprise pricing with additional discounts.

What platforms are supported?

Bleep supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and Linux (Ubuntu, Debian). macOS support is coming soon. Installers are available as .msi/.exe (Windows) and .AppImage/.deb/.rpm (Linux).

Does Bleep work with AI agents and automation?

Yes. Bleep monitors any HTTP request to AI service endpoints, whether it comes from a browser, IDE, CLI tool, MCP server, or an autonomous agent framework like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. No additional configuration is needed - if the agent's traffic routes through the proxy, it's protected.

Where is my data stored?

All data stays on your machine (Individual) or your server (Team). Bleep uses a local SQLite database — no cloud storage, no external database server. The only cloud communication is license validation via heartbeat.

What happens if I move to a new server or device?

Individual: the app detects the license is bound elsewhere and offers a "Move License to This Device" button — no support ticket needed. Team: activate your license on the new server and all endpoint devices redirect automatically via cloud relay within minutes.
